This vintage form is from the New York bridal and millinery district. This form can easily be decorated with lace trims, appliques, beads, feathers, or rhinestones (or all of the above!). The edge is stabilized with covered wire. Make a bridal headpiece or fascinator. This piece measures 10" across the top, at the widest point, and 7" flat across the bottom.
